Healthy bones are sexy! This delicious green cocktail has about 211 calories and is packed with vitamins A, C, E and B6. Provides about 212 mg of Calcium, 102 mg of Magnesium and 4.4 mg Iron.

The perfect bone building cocktail, it provides the key nutrients required to do the job, including calcium, boron, magnesium and vitamin K1.

Add this blender drink to a routine of weight-bearing exercise, and avoid smoking and alcohol…and your bones will thank you.

Blend together:

  • 3 kale leaves
  • 2 collard green leaves
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 green apple, cut into wedges
  • ½ green bell pepper
