Love all the packed nutrients. But very expensive for only 30 servings. Great for emergencies, fill me up snack so you don’t snack on bad stuff, def not something every day cause of the expense. Taste is decent too, not chalky.

I have been using this shake for over a year and I LOVE it. I love the nutrition profile, the taste, the lack of sugar, the protein content, and that it is gluten free as I have Celiac. It is a satisfying, fortifying, and delicious.
