Knocks me out!

At this time of life (age 44) I’m trying hard to take care of myself lifestyle wise, but as a homeschooling mom of 3 I need help. This product is gentle and I trust not full of fillers I don’t want in my body. I go to bed at a regular time with the help of this. Thanks!

Sleep thank god

I want to call this the goddess of sleep for myself at this point in my journey. I was not able to fall asleep or stay asleep during this perimenopause time of my life and it frankly really scared me.....why?? well historically when I do not get enough sleep or good sleep then my health spirals out of control so I have made it a habit for the last 15 years of my life to be in bed by 9:30pm unless it is a special occasion. That worked well for my health for years until this perimenopause exceeded the behaviors and habits that I was already doing for my self-care. The melatonin in this supplement helps me get the sleep I need so much. I combine it with night z's caps which I take an hour or two before bed. This is working for me right now.
