I was taking a different melatonin that was a higher strength, and it was not helping. I heard that we do not actually need a high amount. I have been falling asleep pretty easily since starting this one.

I used to use another 5mg melatonin supplement. This one is only 3 mg and seems to work better. I don’t know ifs because it can be chewed or dissolves in the mouth so maybe it works faster. I’m not sure. But it is nice to take a lower dose with better results.
Always have a bottle on my night stand, its so convenient to pop one under my tongue at night & really like the peppermint flavor. Combined with the balance creme I've been sleeping great at night, finally!
