The key ingredients are:

  • Pantothenic acid plays a significant role in maintaining keratinocytes, the predominant cell type in the skin’s epidermis (outermost layer). Research shows that when pantothenic acid is depleted, the production of keratinocytes is suppressed. This vitamin also helps regulate lipid metabolism, and may affect the balance of oils in the skin.
  • Carnitine (a potent anti-inflammatory and immune-supportive nutrient) helps pantothenic acid work more efficiently in lipid metabolism. It is found in cells throughout the body, including skin fibroblasts, and is necessary for cellular repair. 

Additional skin-supportive nutrients in Bright & Beautiful capsules include zinc, copper, selenium, chromium, niacin, biotin, vitamin B6, and the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, & E.

Increased vitality

I was searching for a supplement to help me with energy, and improve my symptoms of perimenopause like brittle nails, skin issues like dryness and my hair thinning. My last cycle was 6 months ago and I feel like I just got thrown into the journey to menopause without warning at age 52. I started taking this and in about 3 weeks I felt a significant improvement and relief. I am hoping to get even more relief without having to take 6 a day. Not sure if that is possible but I am going to give it a shot.

Not Sure

I have been taking this for 3 weeks. No real change. I find the downside of this supplement is the need to take 6 of these a day. With all the other supplements I am juggling, this seems onerous. Not sure the effort is worth it and not sure I will reorder.

Works and well tolerated

I am a fan of this product. I took it on an empty stomach, splitting the dose (3 in the morning and 3 at night). My fingernails and hair grew faster with my first bottle.

Results Visibile!

I have been taken these every day for three months. My nails are very healthy with naturally white tips (no French mani needed). Hair is growing faster - I think it pairs great with Beauty Locks.
