My blood work revealed a deficiency in Zinc and it was pretty significant, not just bordering the low end of the range. I don’t care for animal products, just not my jam since birth. My dad would graciously cook me some fish or beans when the family was having meat when I was a child. Anyway I am going to have lab work done again and hope to see an improvement. I do have some immune system challenges and i am hoping this helps on that front too. I have been told if I don’t start eating meat I won’t get well which is discouraging.
