Hi Michelle B.,
Use Julva® for at least 30 days at the recommended dose. We expect you will see improvements in at least 4-8 weeks although many of our clients experience more immediate results. After 30 days, if you have not experienced any improvements, it is generally safe to increase your Julva® dose up to ¼ tsp daily. We suggest you consider twice a day dosages at ⅛ tsp daily. We don't recommend more than a ¼ tsp daily. Some women will need less or more cream as time goes on. You want to use the smallest dose possible that provides relief.
After the initial month of use, and once you’re experiencing improvements from daily use, you can go into a “maintenance” mode. Maintenance dosing is typically 5 times per week. You should continue at this maintenance dose. It is fine if you do decide to continue using it everyday. Note that if you discontinue use of the product you will return to your baseline.
You may notice a warming and/or tingling sensation at first, which should not last longer than 10 to 20 minutes (It’s a similar sensation to a lip-plumper).
If the warming and/or tingling sensation lasts for longer than 20 minutes, discontinue use of Julva® for 72 hours or until symptoms subside. Restart Julva® at ½ the dosage. If symptoms re-occur, discontinue use.

Are you applying the Purabalance PPR Cream according to the suggested usage below.
Pre- Menopausal Women: The dose varies depending on overall health goals, length of cycle and menstrual history; apply the recommended amount from days 12 to day 26 of the menstrual cycle. Count the first day of bleeding as day 1.
Menopausal Women: Use for 21 consecutive days and discontinue usage for 7 days, then repeat; unless otherwise directed by healthcare provider. Apply ½ to 1 pump (total daily amount) to soft skin areas (face, neck, upper chest and inner-arms). Sequentially rotate to a different part each day.
Apply 1/2 to 1 pump (total daily amount) (1/2 - 1 pump) to soft skin areas of your body (face, neck, chest and inner arms). Massage well into skin.
Dr Anna has also made a great video that you can watch that also shows how to use the PPR cream!
I hope that helps!
