Book & Program

After doing the 16 day program, I want to incorporate so much of the process into my ongoing everyday living. We cannot be as strict as we hear about, but living within the parameters set in this book make me feel better. The bone broth is an absolute staple, saved me many times. Keto Green 16

I’ve been taking this to work and having it at lunch time for the past week. I noticed that I don’t feel hungry or rundown at 3:00 like I use to. I’ve also been able to avoid the cold and flu that was going around.

I feel more energetic and my digestion has improved considerably.
