I love this book. I didn't realize the foods we eat play a roll in how our hormones react. I feel like Dr. Cabeca has opened a new world for me with my hormones and she knows what I am going through. I'm going to be on top of things with my daughter and explain to her what to expect later in life. My mom had a complete hysterotomy in her late 40's so she didn't go through what i am going through. I recommend this book to all women.

I love this book so much! I wish I knew about it two years ago when I started on my path down perimenopause lane! Everything that I have learned on my own from research, reading tons of blogs, watching docu-series, and purchasing books is all in this one book! I felt reassured reading Dr. Anna’s book since she is a doctor! She explained everything in easy to understand terms, covered everything about hormones, and sprinkled in lots of love throughout the book making you feel like you have a BFF who understands what you’re going through. I love this book. I really needed a new approach to eating. I have just entered by seventies and I am not thrilled about changes to my physical appearance or health. The suggestions made in this book are just what I need to achieve my goals. This is a good read for anyone looking for answers/solutions to problems related to aging and just feeling "out of sorts". I gave a copy to my 29 year old daughter who is experiencing (possibly) hormonal symptoms brought on by childbirth, stress and diet. I recommend it highly.
Just what I needed.
THis is exactly what my body seems to be going through so happy to have some guidance. So far really liking the science behind what makes sense and clear way it is laid out. Would like Recipes to be organized differently maybe alphabetical or something. SEem hard to find.
