INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of almond or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of  frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 teaspoon of Mighty Maca Plus
  • Stevia to taste
  • Sometimes I add 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
