As a result of quite a few pounds of weight gained, I am reminded quickly to get right back to the disciplines and principles of great health that keep us fit, healthy, smart, sexy and fun.

We are bombarded by conflicting information about health, nutrition and fitness. We often get confused with what is actually healthy for the long term and it is great to get this info to you.
In my experience we need accountability and a tool kit full of strategies, knowledge and techniques to keep us on track or to quickly get us back on track once we have fallen off (which was my case on the cruise… seriously great desserts!).
