Well, it is New Year's Eve, and I'm reflecting on some key things that I learned in 2022 that I want to share with you. Let's start with the six lessons I learned in 2022.
Number one, the love and attention you think you need from someone else is the love and attention you need to give yourself first. Absolutely.
Number two, if it's a no, then it's a no. Actually, I like to say if it's not a hell yes, then it's a hell no. And it's important to remember as we create healthy boundaries around our life.
The third is that life is 10% about what happens and 90% about how you react to it. So remember that you are in control. You are the only one who can upset yourself. And that is the truth—how we respond makes all the difference.
Number four is that I am so much stronger than I thought I was, and I'm getting stronger every day.
Number five, I was built for this. It’s a really good message to tell yourself. We have been designed to handle everything that comes our way. We really have been. There's no giving up here. There's no failure, only lessons learned and curiosity to learn more.
And number six, my favorite, with OxyPlay all things are more fun. So, in October of 2022, I was able to give a Future of Health talk, and I introduced the concept of OxyPlay. Different than foreplay oxyplay is sexual or non-sexual, but it’s any way we can increase oxytocin in our life.
So I want to share with you as we enter 2023 that I wish you more OxyPlay in your life on a daily basis. Things that bring you fun, bring you laughter, bring you gratitude, bring you joy. The people in your life, the missions that you serve, the commitments that you have, and the sensuality and the play and the sexiness of all of it! That you have more laughter, grace and fun in your life.
That's my wish for 2023: it is OxypPay, and all the best in health, and that you live this new year with more connection and feeling rejuvenated more than ever. It's always possible to take one best next right step and to be better tomorrow than we are today.
God bless you all and thank you for being in my life, and happy New Year! Welcome 2023!
