Your Life Might Just Depend on Channeling a Little Nancy Drew

Just came back from speaking at Dr. Ritamarie Loscalzo’s annual SHINE event: Mastering Functional Assessments to Transform Lives.

Dr Anna at a presentation

Presented my topic,“Test, Don’t Guess: Your Life May Depend On It!”

Listening to the audience share their experiences about self-testing that truly impacted their lives has made me even more of an advocate in telling you all that you need to put on your Nancy Drew persona and become your own health detective and best advocate!

Remember Nancy Drew? A wonderful female detective always able to solve the most unsolvable mysteries… isn’t that a lot like dealing with your daily symptoms? They are a mystery!

If YOU don’t solve the mystery of your symptoms, they may linger forever. And who wants that kind of life.

There are many, very simple things you can do; simple labs that will provide you with great insights about what is REALLY going on in your body. From these insights you can make changes or at least know to ask the right questions! You can take the info to a practitioner or nutritionist. You can take measurable actions to improve your life.

One easy thing I talked about – a powerful yet simple thing you can do to take a snapshot of your health, is to test your urine pH every day. EASY. Ensure you know if your body is testing alkaline (alkalinity is healthy and supportive, here’s why) or acidic.

So if you aren’t feeling well, or have a health goal for the new year…don’t you need to know where you are really at today in terms of important markers for your health?

I’ll be talking more about this in the near future! So very important!
