Julva® FAQ:

What is the right amount for Julva®? How long do I use it?
Please begin using Julva® at 1/8 tsp (0.6ml) daily. Some women will need less or more cream as time goes on. You want to use the smallest amount possible. Use Julva® for 30 days at the recommended amount. We expect you will see improvements in 6-8 weeks although many of our clients experience more immediate results. After 30 days, if you have not experienced any improvements, it is generally safe to increase your Julva® amount up to 1/4 tsp daily. We suggest you consider twice a day dosages at 1/8 tsp daily. We don't recommend more than a 1/4 tsp daily.

How should I apply Julva®?
You can safely apply Julva® with your fingers or with tissue paper and wipe. Wash your hands afterward. The cream will be well absorbed within 20 minutes.

Where should I apply Julva®?
Apply it to your vulvar area from your clitoris, along the labia, to the rectum. These tissues need the most nourishment. You can also apply it to the delicate skin of the urethra. Julva® is safe to apply to the skin anywhere on your body.

Is DHEA safe?
Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) is a natural hormone in women’s bodies that leads to the production of important hormones such as androgens and estrogens in the body. My formulation of Julva® is the result of 3 years of extensive research. The combination of quality ingredients produces the best means to benefit the vulvar skin and underlying tissue. What benefits does Balance cream offer?
Balance cream is a great anti-aging skin cream as it firms skin and reduces age spots.

Can I use Balance if I'm on oral progesterone/estrogen pills?
Generally, Dr. Anna recommends using 1/4 pump of Balance with your oral progesterone with the guidance and approval from your Practitioner to be sure using both works well for your body. Always listen to what your body needs.

Should I use it in the morning or at night?
We have many customers who use it in the evening as part of their sleep routine, however some women find it stimulating, so prefer using it first thing in the morning. It's up to you based on your routine and you may need to change it up to see what works best for you.

Is progesterone and pregnenolone natural or synthetic?
Balance contains natural (NOT synthetic) Progesterone and Pregnenolone. Natural progesterone is identical to the progesterone that is produced by the body. It is manufactured in scientific laboratories from wild yams and soybeans (Non- GMO).

How many servings are in one canister of Mighty Maca?
There is approximately 60 serving per canister. Serving size is 1 scoop, approximately 3.6 grams (0.72tsp).

Is Mighty Maca® sweetened?
Mighty Maca® Plus does not contain any sugar. It is flavored with natural ingredients of peppermint and orange with a minute amount of Stevia.

Is the Maca Raw or gelatinized?
Our maca is raw organic maca from Peru. We've had the best results with this combination of 30+ superfood ingredients.

Is Mighty Maca plus Gluten free?
The product is certified gluten-free. Our barley grass and our beta-glucan are all pre-germination. Our 30+ superfood ingredients in Mighty Maca® Plus were scientifically tested and the conclusive results were made that the product is gluten-free through allergen testing for gluten protein as well as secretory IgA testing.
