    It was easy

    I have wanted to do the Dutch test for a long time. It was easy to collect the samples. And so convenient to send them back. The kit is well organized and simple to use. I recommend it highly.

    DUTCH Test

    This is a great test to see how you are metabolizing hormones. Thanks to this test I was able to see that I needed help with methylation and make the needed adjustments to stay healthy and be at my optimal level of heath.

    So excited to finally do this!
