Superwoman Daily Dose!

I like the Superwoman Daily Dose packets. I’m concerned about the 10,000 iu of Vitamin D. I take them in the morning and sometimes forget to take them in the evening.

Also I have several items on autoship. Some of the items are in the Super woman pacts. I may need to take the items I already have. I need to figure out a watt to use up my items and then try the Superwomen packs.

This is a very easy way to keep track of your supplements. Everything is organized and the tear off pouches clearly identify when each set of pills needs to be taken during the day and evening.
