How do I use Balance Cream?

Massage 1 pump into thin skin areas including the face, neck, chest, inner-arms, and lower abdomen. Massage well into skin. Be sure to rotate application sites to prevent over-saturation. The pump dispenses approximately 0.6g per pump, roughly equivalent to a level ¼ teaspoon. Apply to your face and neck to help improve skin texture and appearance.

You may see improvements in skin texture and appearance within 4-8 weeks, though results may vary by individual. As with any cosmetic product, wash your hands after applying to avoid inadvertent contact with children, family members, or pets.

How many applications are in each bottle of Balance?

The Balance Cream is a 1.6 oz bottle and is approximately 40-50 applications per bottle at the recommended application of 1/2 to 1 pump per day.

Can I use Balance if I’m on hormone therapy?

Balance is intended for topical cosmetic use. If you have questions about how it may fit into your personal care routine while using other therapies, please consult your healthcare provider.

What’s the shelf life?

    Use it consistently...with a break

    I find when I use this in "post-menopause mode", it works well to help balance my hormones. Just make sure to take that break from it for 3-5 days and then restart monthly. I don't use it on my face, as it tends to break me out, but everywhere else as instructed works great! I also find that I can't use it at night, because it seemed to keep me up. But using it in the morning gives me an energy boost.
