What each key ingredient is doing:

Progesterone (from wild yam) is the primary active ingredient. Wild yam contains diosgenin, a plant compound that is converted in the lab into bioidentical progesterone. Applied topically to thin skin areas, it provides local skin conditioning and moisturization.
