    Wonderful and the taste is the best for any green

    I had been using one scoop in my shake for quite some time. Recently I started the Keto Green 16 and up my serving to two scoops in a large glass of warm water. I have now been consistently testing my urine and this gives my a very high score on the ph balance of alkalinity.
