Excellent book.
Great book. Great recipes. A must have if you’re going to try to do the Q green 16 program ! I look at it every day. Even though it is simply written, and easy to understand it is a powerhouse of information that you will go back to again and again, if you’re really serious about losing weight and getting your health under control.
