    Great book

    I've been following Dr. Anna and eating Keto-Green for a couple years now. With the lovely pandemic and other major changes in my life I found I had strayed a bit too much from eating keto green. This book has been so helpful in getting back on track (or if you're new to Dr. Anna and this way of eating, is an excellent way and place to start). The book is full of great recipes and menu plan to follow. So glad I ordered the book.
