When I’m in need of a heartier smoothie, I love to add nuts for the fats, especially cashews. Hearty and creamy.
Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/4 avocado, peeled
- 8–10 cashews
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup cashew milk (or other nut milk)
- 1–2 scoops powdered maca (optional) or Mighty Maca Plus (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
