A fall and winter favorite that tastes amazing all year long and really fills you up!
- 1/2 cup pureed pumpkin
- 1 date
- 1 - 2 cups of almond or coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 scoop of Dr. Anna's Keto-Alkaline Vanilla Shake
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter
- 1/2 avocado
- Fresh grated nutmeg
- Ginger powder or freshly grated ginger
- 1 scoop of Mighty Maca® Plus
- Pinch of allspice and cloves
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
