Island Green Smoothie

If I was a smoothie, I would be this Island Green smoothie. Vibrant and smooth with a little bit of spice!

Serves: 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime
  • Fresh ginger to taste, approximately 1/4 inch
  • 1/4 avocado, peeled
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon coconut or MCT oil
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1–2 tablespoons powdered maca (optional)
  • Greens (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
