- 1 scoop Keto-Green® Shake
- 2 cups frozen spinach
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
