- 1/2 cup shredded brussels sprouts
- 1/2 cup shredded kale (stems removed)
- 1/8 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped almonds
- 1/2 avocado chopped
- 1 thinly sliced radish
- Salt and pepper
- Balsamic vinegar
- MCT (optional)
- Mix vegetables in a bowl.
- Add EVOO and a splash of balsamic vinegar to taste.
- Add MCT for added nutritional and moisture if desired.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
