Nutty For Green Smoothie

When I’m in need of a heartier smoothie, I love to add nuts for the fats, especially cashews. Hearty and creamy.

Serves: 1

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/4 avocado, peeled
  • 8–10 cashews
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup cashew milk (or other nut milk)
  • 1–2 scoops powdered maca (optional) or Mighty Maca Plus (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
