SO enjoy having this first thing in the morning my way. Maca, baking soda and lemon juice. I add hot water and a bit of ice to make it warm and it is the bomb! Love the bubbling. Drinking it warm on cold days helps me warm up. It did take me time to get used to it. I had to start with 1/4 of a scoop and finally worked to a full scoop. Some days it still runs through me. Never know when that will happen-oops! Still my favorite ritual every morning.>^,,^<

I used to mix in with coffee, add cinnamon and MCT oil. I've cut down on coffee and now add it to high protein smoothies. It seems helpful with satiety and is a great meal replacement. I blend it with a few frozen berries, greek yogurt or keifer and sometimes greens such as kale or spinach. I add a little water to get a more liquid consistency. I love that it does not have any stevia aftertaste as I'm very sensitive to that and it's been a deal breaker on other flavored protein drinks.

I’ve been drinking one scoop of this product in a smoothie every morning for the past couple weeks to help with holiday indulgences. Normally by January 1 I feel bloated, lazy, tired, and in desperate need of a cleanse. I do not feel that way at all this January 1. I feel energized and my jeans still fit. My digestion seems better regulated, as does my cycle so far. Now that the holidays are over and I’m going back to normal diet and routine, I look forward to seeing more benefits from the Keto Green shake. A note on the taste—by itself (just with almond milk in a shaker bottle) it’s not my favorite powder; 3 stars on flavor. I blend it with frozen fruits and add a couple drops of vanilla stevia and it’s good. But I still think the benefits are worth it, so I highly recommend it!
