What is Keto Green 16 and how does it work?

Keto Green 16 is a hormone-balancing bundle that combines alkalizing greens with adaptogens to support ketosis while maintaining alkaline pH levels. The Mighty Maca Plus works with your adrenals while Keto-Green Shake provides MCTs and supergreens that support metabolic flexibility. Over 3,194 customers rate it 4.8 stars for reducing hot flashes and anxiety symptoms.

Will this help my hot flashes and night sweats that keep getting worse?

Yes. The Maca root and adaptogenic herbs work to support your body's temperature regulation during hormonal shifts that trigger hot flashes. Combined with alkalizing greens that help buffer cortisol spikes, customers report hot flashes becoming significantly less frequent. Many describe their night sweats as nonexistent after consistent use.

I've tried everything for my anxiety and mood swings - will this be different?

The Mighty Maca Plus contains adaptogenic compounds that work with your adrenal response rather than against it, supporting a feeling of calm without sedation. Unlike isolated supplements, this combination addresses both blood sugar stability and cortisol rhythm. Customers who were desperate cyclers through multiple options report reduced anxiety and mood stability.

How do I use both products and when will I feel the difference?

Mix 1 scoop Mighty Maca Plus in 4oz water and 1-2 packs Keto-Green Shake with 8oz water daily. Most customers can feel the difference within the first week, particularly with energy and sleep quality. The 16-day challenge provides structured guidance with a supportive Facebook community of women experiencing similar symptoms.

I keep getting sick every 3 weeks and feel run down - can this help?

Yes. The immune-supporting ingredients including spirulina, chlorella, and vitamin C work to strengthen your body's natural defenses when you are run down and stressed. Customers report no longer getting sick monthly after consistent use, with one noting she didn't catch any germs or virus during winter after starting the program.

What if this doesn't do anything for me like other products I've tried?

The combination approach targets multiple pathways simultaneously rather than isolating single nutrients that may not address your root hormonal imbalance. The 4.8-star rating from over 3,000 customers suggests higher success rates than typical single-ingredient supplements. The pH test strips help you track whether the alkalizing effect is working in your body.

Is this safe to use long-term and will I get energy from it?

Both products use whole food ingredients and adaptogens that work with your natural rhythms rather than overstimulating. The Maca provides sustained energy support through adrenal nourishment, while MCTs offer clean fuel for your brain. Some customers note the energy boost is gradual and sustained rather than jittery, though individual responses vary.
