    I use maca as a multivitamin. I take it everyday first thing in the morning. It doesnā€™t have much flavor or Iā€™ve gotten so use to it, I donā€™t notice. I feel it keeps me level and healthy. I am 53, in menopause.

    My favorite protein smoothie mix. I've been using it for two years now and love it.

    I'm one of those people looking for an optimal smoothie recipe. I've never found anything "perfect" because I like to include things like spirulina, collagen, maca, moringa, etc. into mine, but this recipe is the closest thing I've found to perfect. I still doctor it up quite a bit, but it's my ideal base with its pea and pumpkin seed foundation and all of the micronutrients it includes as well as the natural sweetener they use. It's a great formula. My only comment is that you give me a choice of the freebies you ocassionally include in my subscription, because I've received a full-size of a product I don't need/want and I've gotten it TWICE.
