Noticeable difference!

I love this product! I feel it has eased my hot flashes significantly when used as directed on the label. I stopped mixing in drinks and just pour the scoop in my mouth-it can stick to the roof of my mouth but nothing a swig of water can’t get rid of. If I miss a day of taking this, I definitely notice! Give it a try, can’t hurt!
