I am breezing through Menopause now!

I am so happy with my results! Dr. Anna has the best information and is just the PERFECT Girlfriend Doctor! My hot flashes are diminishing and I hardly ever have one now. My sleep is improving— I know I need to get to bed earlier and am slowly moving my bedtime back since I was a night owl! My weight loss is slower because I have an issue with high Cortisol levels at night but I am using Dr. Anna’s tips to increased Oxytocin levels so hopefully the weight loss will happen soon. Anyway, I am super happy with all of Dr. Anna’s tips, podcasts and products! She really is the best girlfriend and doctor combined into an amazing genuine person!

Finally

I'm so glad I found Dr Anna! I've been trying, with little success, to learn about menopause. The information is delivered in short, thorough segments so I could focus on 1 thing at a time. I'm FINALLY feeling like I've gotten some control of my body again!
