Better Sleep after menopause

This powder has alleviated night cramps in my feet and legs and puts me to sleep w/out any adverse effects. I love that it's natural and that I don't have to resort to over the counter or prescription medications in order to get a good night's sleep.

Better than what I was using before

I have appreciated this product. It tastes good, dissolves well with minimal clumping, and doesn't give me loose bowels like the previous powdered magnesium supplement I was taking.

I give it a 5 star rating!!!!!

It actually works!!! and I have greatly benefitted by using it. I have come to understand that in conjunction with a great diet to lose weight. And supplements to help it. Sleep, peaceful and undisturbed sleep is important it also prays a major role in the weight loss process. So I plan to continue to use "Better Brain & Sleep during and after my diet has been achieved. It has been about 4 to 5 years since I have had any decent number of hours to truly rest. This is a major component of success in managing menopause and weight gain. Thank you so much Dr. Anna Cabeca and staff.

Magnesium
