- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (canned pumpkin)
- 6 - 10 pieces of frozen mango
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup of coconut or almond milk
- Fresh grated nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom to your liking
