    • 6 - 10 pieces of frozen mango
    • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
    • 1/2 cup of coconut or almond milk
    • Fresh grated nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom to your liking


    1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Enjoy!
