Cauliflower Mash

Make way for the new and improved mashed potatoes. Give them a chance, you’ll love them and feel great afterwards too!

Serves: 4


  • 1 to 2 head organic cauliflower (depending on size), stem removed
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons organic butter or ghee
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt


  1. Boil the cauliflower with the salt. 
  2. When soft, add butter and mash well. Add more butter if desired. 
  3. Salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy!
