    Changed My Life

    I started following a Keto-Green diet and lifestyle in 2019 when The Hormone Fix came out. I lost some weight and my menopause symptoms improved. Keto-Green 16 helped me lose even more weight, but I was still struggling with hot flashes and weight fluctuations. Magic Menopause was the missing piece. It solidified the good habits I learned from Dr. Anna’s books. The information on hormones and testing went in depth in a way I had not seen before. This information empowered me to get the treatment from my doctor that I needed to relieve the symptoms of surgical menopause and feel good again. I also became a part of a community of women who would become cheerleaders, supporters, and friends on my menopause journey. I would wholeheartedly recommend this program to any woman who is seeking to lose weight and understand and improve menopause symptoms in a supportive and caring class that can help you to live your best life during and after menopause.
