How can I help you?

    Keto-Alkaline (Keto-Green™) Diet

After the release of my book, The Hormone Fix, I received a lot of questions relating to my recommendation for people to measure their urine pH as a marker of their overall health.
Have you tried “going keto,” but can’t seem to drop those unwanted pounds? Is your scale stuck on a number despite your best efforts? Are you feeling seriously frustrated as a result?
Best-selling author and queen of tidying up, Marie Kondo, has taught millions of people how to create a life in which everything in it “sparks joy.” But what if we could apply this same logic to dieting? What if we could plan our meals based on feelings of joy instead of restriction and restraint?
I have been practicing fasting for years now and view it as part of my ongoing commitment to a healthy lifestyle. Because of its scientifically proven weight-loss results and other significant health benefits, I have specifically incorporated a form of it called “ intermittent fasting ” into my Keto-Green ™ diet and lifestyle program.
Are your hormonal imbalances driving you crazy? Chances are that cortisol and insulin are to blame for causing a cascade of hormonal-related symptoms, making you feel like you’re riding a wild roller coaster of emotions.
’ve been interviewed over 100 times in the last 2 months and the thing most people want to know is the difference between keto versus keto-green!  If you are new to this, let me clarify a few things.
Menopause came to me early - after the tragedy of losing my child, I was further devastated with a diagnosis of premature ovarian failure. Without a doubt, my hormones were a mess, and on top of it all, my beautiful long, thick hair started falling out in clumps. Every day became worse. Maybe you can relate. As you approach menopause, your natural levels of hormones start to change. Around this time, you may notice that your hair has started to thin.
As I neared age 50, I decided that I was going to feel and look the absolute best I ever had. Afterall, I am raising a young daughter and there is so much fun yet to be had! How about you?  Would you like to feel younger again? Would you like to be the very best version of yourself?
Women have come to me during many times of their lives and especially in menopause, complaining, “I don’t feel like myself.” They’re experiencing all sorts of emotional changes - irritability, mood swings, anxiety, and depression.
Creeping weight gain — even while maintaining the same diet and exercise routine — is a problem for many women during menopause, especially body fat around the abdominal area. Yes, that dreaded, stubborn belly fat!
Are you tired of gaining pound after pound in menopause and the years leading up to it?  You’ve come to the right place.
