What time of day should I take it?

That is why taking Mighty Maca® Energize Capsules is okay to take first thing in the morning, while you are still fasting. However, if you are consistently alkaline and achieve ketosis, then of course you can opt not to take Mighty Maca® Energize Capsules when you break your fast and see how you do.

I just started Mighty Maca® Energize Capsules and feel a lot of detoxification/stomach issues/bloating. What should I do?
The most common "intolerance" to this product is detoxification (this is what makes Mighty Maca® Energize Capsules so good!) which happens quite quickly when you begin using Mighty Maca® Energize Capsules. This can cause things like headaches, gas and bloating, digestive issues, and just generally feeling bad. If these are your symptoms, just know that detoxification is a GOOD thing, even though it may be uncomfortable during the process. The symptoms usually pass within a few days to a week and a good electrolyte supplement, like LMNT powder or Tri-Salts (both of which Dr. Anna recommends), can help a lot. If you have a very sensitive digestive system, to begin with, adding this product may exasperate it temporarily. Yes, Mighty Maca® Energize Capsules may be an issue for someone with oxalate or histamine issues. Oxalates are a naturally-occurring compound in plants and are of course in many green leafy vegetables. These are all good sources of alkaline foods. Many of the ingredients in Mighty Maca® Energize Capsules do include vegetables, phytonutrients, and greens, there is, of course, the probability that it does include some oxalates. High histamine foods are in such commonly found foods like avocado, or fermented foods and spinach- which is in Mighty Maca® Energize Capsules. If you react to high histamine foods, you may react to Mighty Maca® Energize Capsules.
