I tried the samples and wasn’t planning on buying a new protein powder. On day 2 or 3 of having a smoothie for breakfast, I realized at 1pm that I wasn’t hungry. Normally I want snacks by 10 or 11 am! I mix mine with any combination of banana, pineapple, mango, blueberries, sprouts, avocado, raw milk and pineapple juice. I use whatever I have. The flavor says chocolate, but it’s not like some nasty chocolate proteins I’ve tried before. It’s not super sweet or overwhelming. I do prefer it with fruit etc though. I definitely recommend it!
I like having this & taking to work with me. It's quick & easy & hits the spot. It has also helped me to drop some weight!
