Easy to use, drink and get protein. I love that I can pack in my purse and mix anytime for lunch or anytime meal replacement. I mix a couple of packets of Monk Fruit In The Raw to boost the flavor a bit. Without that the taste isn’t so great!
Also have added ice, frozen berries and a bit of chocolate syrup and blended into a smoothie.
Overall the taste is not bad, however, it is a bit grainy even when mixed in a blender. But with only 8 oz of water, it’s not bad.
Have been drinking this only for a few weeks so it’s too early to tell about weight loss, but it is filling and satisfying to drink for lunch replacement and I don’t seem to make a mad dash to grab just anything for dinner. I can actually plan and prepare a meal without grabbing for carbs that I know I shouldn’t have!!
