Energizing!
I take two capsules in the morning on an empty stomach upon waking in the morning; wait about an hour before eating and it’s working for me. This formula agrees with me. I’ve tried another liver detox formula from W_ _ _ _ _ an and it was just too potent for my system. Keto-Green Detox has a subtle energizing effect. The milk thistle in this formula is nowhere near as much as some other liver formulas and I think that might be beneficial for me along with all the other wonderful ingredients it contains that obviously when combined together create synergy. I now have it on subscription!

My go-to must have
The Detox helped me to get into an Alkaline mode at first (it takes a while - not a sprint but a marathon) …. and since I am a runner, I appreciate it even more as part of my morning routine. I can definitely tell if I miss a day and I can definitely tell if I need a little extra - because - you know - sometimes Life calls for for some celebratory “indescretion”. I am glad to have this in my wellness kit!
