I have been taking this for a few months and it has helped immensely. Instead of getting sweaty 🥵 and gross frequently during the day and night I only feel a little warmth during the night about once and once during the day. Zen has helped me manage this much better. I take 2 in the am and 2 in the early evening. If there is another option to get rid of all the warmth please let me know as I am interested in not have to remove clothes due to this. I am 8 months without a cycle at all. I did go to my doctor for bioidentical HRT and am on a compound now that has estrogen, testosterone and progesterone in it. The doses are like microscopic. My saliva tests reveals basically almost zero of anything except my progesterone was high from the balance cream. I don’t feel like the bioidentical has helped at all so any suggestions I am open.
