- Remove any leftover juice from turkey pan and carefully pour it into a saute pan.
- Turn burner on low heat.
- Combine 1 tablespoon of potato starch to drippings, whisking constantly. Continue until you reach your desired consistency.
- Add additional broth or potato starch to get to desired consistency. Enjoy!
