I have just started using this and it has really helped me with some of my symptons with menopause. I use it everyday except for the last couple of days of the month. I can definitely tell a difference when I use it. I like the fact that it is a natural product.

I've been taking Balance for about three years now. It works as well as the product I was taking from my naturopath's office, and for less money. I also like that this product suggests I skip taking it on some days of the month, which I was not able to do with the previous product that I took. I like that the product has more than just progesterone. It appears to alleviate broad-range symptoms somewhat more effectively.
Balance took awhile and what do I mean by that? well, I used it on inner arms, tummy, and upper chest.
Didn't think I noticed anything, but when I stopped using it for awhile, then returned daily, gosh, it seems like it instantly calms me and I DO feel better. It's subtle, but definite for me.
I use Balance for a tranquil feeling. Sigh!

This is the type of product that does not give you instant results or change. I was on HRT for many years due to low progesterone, low testosterone. Now that my natural hormones have shifted again, I'm not getting positive effects from HRT so I switched to Balance. So far, I'm feeling good and don't notice any progesterone dips in my cycle. And the price compared to HRT, I'm saving $500+ every 6 months!
