The pump dispenses approximately 0.6g per pump, roughly equivalent to a level teaspoon. Apply to your face and neck to help improve skin texture and appearance.

Ultra Calming Cream

I already take oral progesterone at night to balance my estrogen and calm all the edginess and anxiety I have inside. But I needed something for daytime that was gentler and wouldn’t put me to sleep.
