How do I use Balance Cream?

Massage 1 pump into thin skin areas including the face, neck, chest, inner-arms, and lower abdomen. Massage well into skin. Be sure to rotate application sites to prevent over-saturation. The pump dispenses approximately 0.6g per pump, roughly equivalent to a level ¼ teaspoon. Apply to your face and neck to help improve skin texture and appearance.

You may see improvements in skin texture and appearance within 4-8 weeks, though results may vary by individual. As with any cosmetic product, wash your hands after applying to avoid inadvertent contact with children, family members, or pets.

How many applications are in each bottle of Balance?

The Balance Cream is a 1.6 oz bottle and is approximately 40-50 applications per bottle at the recommended application of 1/2 to 1 pump per day.

Can I use Balance if I’m on hormone therapy?

Balance is intended for topical cosmetic use. If you have questions about how it may fit into your personal care routine while using other therapies, please consult your healthcare provider.

What’s the shelf life?

    Works Effectively

    I've been taking Balance for about three years now. It works as well as the product I was taking from my naturopath's office, and for less money. I also like that this product suggests I skip taking it on some days of the month, which I was not able to do with the previous product that I took. I like that the product has more than just progesterone. It appears to alleviate broad-range symptoms somewhat more effectively.

    Balance took awhile.

    Balance took awhile and what do I mean by that? well, I used it on inner arms, tummy, and upper chest.

    Didn't think I noticed anything, but when I stopped using it for awhile, then returned daily, gosh, it seems like it instantly calms me and I DO feel better. It's subtle, but definite for me.

    I use Balance for a tranquil feeling. Sigh!
