Another fabulous book by Anna, my girlfriend doctor. The recipes are fantastic but the BEST part is how she outline different "diets" depending on your needs, symptoms and personal lifestyle choices. It's a book I will continue to read and refer to as I make changes to my diet. Already, I feel better, more empowered and hopeful, that I can feed myself to wellness and balance again. The girlfriend doctor is my go to for all menopause questions. Thank you, Anna! You are a blessing to women. Wish my mother and grandmother had someone like you in their days of transition.

I did the 6-day cleanse and was in Keto on day 2 and down 8 lbs. on day 6. Couldn’t be more pleased. The shakes were delicious. I plan to do the Carb Pause after the 20-day detox from The Hormone Fix. I made my first week’s worth of meals today. These recipes are absolutely delicious.
