I had been taking mighty maca plus religiously for a couple of months and then I left for a trip. And I forgot my MMP on the counter at home. Stress happened and I succumbed to it and struggled to be kind, loving and helpful. It was the worst. I had no idea how much i was benefiting from the MMP until I didn’t have it for a week. My suggestion, if you can, do not go without this.
