I start my day with the shake, adding him some additional greens and sprouts. I also add frozen rice cauliflower to add additional creaminess. Great way to start the day.

Promising

I have been using this for a few weeks. I do believe it is helping me with sleep and energy but time will tell.

It does not taste good just mixed with water. I ended up mixing with oat milk and then frothing it and it is much better and still quick.
