I have been using Call it a Nite for a few weeks, at first it didn't help much, but I've added some CBD Gummies to my routine, and now I sleep most nights. I've heard Melatonin is generally good for you even aside from helping with sleep.

This really helps me sleep through the night and wake up refreshed!
I love Call It A Night, I take a tablet and about 15 minutes later I’m feeling relaxed and ready for bed. I need to make sure I get 7+ hours of sleep, otherwise I feel groggy in the morning.
