Julva® FAQ:

What is the dosage for Julva®? How long do I use it?
Please begin using Julva® at 1/8 tsp (0.6ml) daily. Some women will need less or more cream as time goes on. You want to use the smallest dose possible that provides relief. Use Julva® for 30 days at the recommended dose. We expect you will see improvements in 6-8 weeks although many of our clients experience more immediate results. After 30 days, if you have not experienced any improvements, it is generally safe to increase your Julva® dose up to 1/4 tsp daily. We suggest you consider twice a day dosages at 1/8 tsp daily. We don't recommend more than a 1/4 tsp daily.

How should I apply Julva®?
You can safely apply Julva® with your fingers or with tissue paper and wipe. Wash your hands afterward. The cream will be well absorbed within 20 minutes.

Where should I apply Julva®?
Apply it to your vulvar area from your clitoris, along the labia, to the rectum. These tissues need the most nourishment. You can also apply it to the delicate skin of the urethra. Julva® is safe to apply to the skin anywhere on your body.

Is DHEA safe?
Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) is a natural hormone in women’s bodies that leads to the production of important hormones such as androgens and estrogens in the body. Androgens are important to the integrity of skin, muscle, and bone, and also have a role in maintaining libido. They also play a role in providing cardiovascular protection (lower cholesterol) and improving energy levels and mental alertness. My formulation of Julva® is the result of 3 years of extensive research. The combination of quality ingredients produces the best means to benefit the vulvar skin and underlying tissue. What benefits does Balance cream offer?
Balance cream supports hormone balance, mood and a good night's sleep. It also promotes strong bones, reduces hot flashes, PMS, helps with fertility, offers neuroprotective effects and is a great anti-aging skin cream as it firms skin and reduces age spots.

How much Pregnenolone and Progesterone are in one application?
Each pump of the Balance cream provides approximately 20mg of progesterone and 10mg of pregnenolone.

Can I use Balance if I'm on oral progesterone/estrogen pills?
Generally, Dr. Anna recommends using 1/4 pump of Balance with your dose of oral progesterone with the guidance and approval from your Practitioner to be sure using both works well for your body. Always listen to what your body needs.

Should I use it in the morning or at night?
We have many customers who use it in the evening as it helps with sleep, however some women find it stimulating, so prefer using it first thing in the morning. It's up to you based on your routine and you may need to change it up to see what works best for you.

Is progesterone and pregnenolone natural or synthetic?
Balance contains natural (NOT synthetic) Progesterone and Pregnenolone. Natural progesterone is identical to the progesterone that is produced by the body. It is manufactured in scientific laboratories from wild yams and soybeans (Non- GMO).

Will it help with hot flashes? If yes, how?
Balance cream contains Progesterone and Pregnenolone along with Tripeptides that can help support your body's natural anti-inflammatory system. Progesterone also converts downstream to DHEA and Estrogen which also can be beneficial in helping hot flashes.
