- 1 cup fresh or thawed frozen berries, organic blueberries, raspberries, black currants
- 1 scoop Keto-Alkaline Protein Shake
- 1-2 scoops Mighty Maca
- 1 tsp grated root ginger or 1.5 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp organic vanilla bean extract
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk/water
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- Put everything in the blender and blend well.
- Stir in several whole blueberries for fun :)
