Mighty Maca Berry Pinger Zinger Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup fresh or thawed frozen berries, organic blueberries, raspberries, black currants
  • 1 scoop Keto-Alkaline® Protein Shake
  • 1-2 scoops Mighty Maca
  • 1 tsp grated root ginger or 1.5 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp organic vanilla bean extract
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk/water
  • 1/2 cup filtered water

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Put everything in the blender and blend well.
  • Stir in several whole blueberries for fun :)
  • This is very yum
