I have taken my research on Vitamin D to Alaska and I share in my video some of my observations including sun exposure, cancer rates, food choices and the consequences of cruising!
As a result of quite a few pounds of weight gained, I am reminded quickly to get right back to the disciplines and principles of great health that keep us fit, healthy, smart, sexy and fun.
I was recently interviewed by the lovely fitness expert Zlata for the Sexyfit summit, which features experts in nutrition, fitness, accountability, DNA and weight loss, sleep, thyroid health, sexual health, eating disorder management, NON-GMO project information and latest fitness strategies so once and for all you ditch the weight and gain sexy confidence and achieve a healthier and happier life.
We are bombarded by conflicting information about health, nutrition and fitness. We often get confused with what is actually healthy for the long term and it is great to get this info to you. You can participate in Zlata’s summit here:

In my experience we need accountability and a tool kit full of strategies, knowledge and techniques to keep us on track or to quickly get us back on track once we have fallen off (which was my case on the cruise… seriously great desserts!).
Here’s to quickly putting the vital disciplines and practices for optimal health into daily practice!
Enjoy your summer!
