Fertility and progesterone, a lovely success story

I recently interviewed a 36 year old woman and wanted to share her beautiful story.
It is a story of self-discovery and self-education. It is also the story of the heart-wrenching loss of a newborn, but also, a story of future hope for more children.
Nikki has a 4 year old daughter and a 15 month old son, and they are hoping for another in the future. In between the two she had been pregnant with a baby girl and went into preterm labor …

Resilience and beauty: Alpine Rose stem cells and more youthful skin

“La Vie En Rose. It is the French way of saying, ‘I am looking at the world through rose-coloured glasses.”                          – Audrey Hepburn
Will you look at the world with rose-coloured glasses with me?  It’s the same as looking at the world with the glass half full mentality.  It’s a beautiful way to approach life.  My mother used to say that to me all the time.
Focusing on the positives in life …

Hover or cover? Public restrooms – should you be concerned?

I travel a good deal and am often confronted with that feeling of dread that most women display when needing to use a public toilet. Ewww!
You enter the restroom, scanning the environment to assess just how dirty it might be. Then you typically pick the stall at the far end thinking it will be more private or less utilized (research confirms this!), push open the door with a grimace on your face, hoping for the best.
Often-times you’ll find an unflushed toilet, used …

Using Julva cream if you’ve had breast cancer

So many of you have asked…
My number one intention for all women is to optimize their quality of life, and  to always do so safely taking into consideration their unique medical history and current health status.
Women having had a history of breast cancer need to be particularly diligent about anything – even natural products – that they put in or on their bodies.
I’ve had hundreds of women asking me about the use of Julva® given their history of breast cancer. It is …

Sexual health is about much more than sex

I have been posting a lot of new information on my blog lately relating to women’s “sexual health”.
I had already suspected that many of the men who follow this blog were likely getting tired of hearing about all of this “lady parts” stuff (unless, of course, they were passing it along to the special women in their lives…which I always hope they do)…oh, and guys…I have an upcoming blog just for you so stay tuned…
But I hadn’t expected a particular message from a …
