Today’s Couch Talk Guest: Michelle Kenway
Michelle Kenway is an Australian postgraduate qualified Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist and author of the internationally acclaimed women’s exercise program, Inside Out. Michelle has produced a number of instructional exercise DVDs for women teaching them how to exercise safely and effectively for pelvic floor health and recovery, physical strength and bone health.
I first met Michelle in 2012, which is when this Couch Talk was originally aired.
Michelle is a private practitioner and a regular Australian national health presenter for allied health and medical professionals, and the general public. Her writing has been featured in both Australian and international womens health magazines. She has a wealth of knowledge, training and expertise in the fields of pelvic floor health, pelvic floor safe exercise and fitness.
Michelle has a particular interest in pelvic floor safe exercise for women with pelvic organ prolapse, after prolapse surgery and after hysterectomy.
